podcast no 6 - songs for summer
It's January, and it's cold, so here are some songs for a lazy summer afternoon with a jug of Pimms ... dream on!
Music today:
Dave Rave - Summer Strummer. E-mail Dave
1147am - Mexico (1147am's myspace page) - E-mail
Green Eyes - The Special Two and Green Eyes (soundbed music today is Regression by Green Eyes). E-mail Lucy from Green Eyes.
I also have an audio comment by Susan from the excellent podcast Cruisin With Susan, and take a look at Lost in Pixels, a photoblog by Balazs Sprenc from Hungary. Look at his post no 123 of 17 January 2006. Why can't I take photographs like that?
Boo Hewerdine's cd Harmonograph is out today. My copy arrived this morning. You can order it at mvine.com.
Sorry about the background noises - children downstairs, chiming clock, squeaky chair. And the fitness resolution is lasting - 20 lengths last week, 25 today. Not sure if my weight is going down though. Perhaps a pound or two.

Boo Hewerdine's on this coming Saturday night's 'Loose Ends' on Radio 4 (the only radio station I ever listen to these days).
Well done on the keeping fit - I've not even started yet. I've been getting off the bus a few stops early but I've not managed the swimming pool yet for lengths. Perhaps when thing settle down after this month...
